Privacy Policy (draft)
Status: draft placeholder. The binding Privacy Policy is owned by agent 07 and reviewed by the user before launch (beta-exit gate 3.6).
Our privacy stance, in plain words
- Your mail content is not analyzed. It is stored encrypted at rest on Cloudflare R2, indexed for your search, and shown to you. That's the whole pipeline.
- No advertising, no profiling, no data sales. The business model is subscriptions (see pricing) — there is no second customer for your data to be sold to.
- Zero third-party trackers. No Google Analytics, no ad pixels, no session recorders — on the landing page, in the web app, or in the PWA. Analytics are first-party: a list of product events like "first email sent", with no message content, subject lines, or addresses attached. The full event list is published (read it).
- Remote images in mail are blocked by default — loading them is a per-message choice you make, because that's how tracking pixels work.
- Export everything, any time. Any message as the original
.emlfile. - Delivery data we must keep: bounce and complaint records for addresses you've mailed (industry-standard sender hygiene), SPF/DKIM/DMARC verification results, and security logs. These protect your deliverability; they are not sold or used for marketing.
Waitlist
If you join the waitlist we store your email address to send you one thing: your invitation. Referral counts use an anonymous tally. There's no newsletter unless you ask for one.
